erythrocyte osmotic fragility test
本试验主要用以测定红细胞膜有无异常。对溶血性贫血的诊断有一定帮助。其原理是将红细胞悬浮于等渗氯化钠溶液中，其形态保持不变，若将红细胞悬浮于低渗氯化钠溶液中，则发生膨胀直至破裂溶血，故可用不同浓度的低渗氯化钠溶液来观察红细胞膜的最小抵抗力(开始溶血）和最大抵抗力(完全溶血），以了解其渗透脆性。抵抗力增强者称为脆性减低，反之，称为脆性增强。正常值开始溶血：0.42%～0.46%氯化钠溶液，完全溶血：0.32%～0.34%氯化钠溶液。渗透脆性增强主要见于先天性球形红细胞增多症，渗透性脆性减低主要见于地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血等。
