系膜
mesangium

  肾小球内毛细血管间的支持成分。故又称“球内血管系膜”。由系膜细胞及系膜基质构成,后者由前者产生。除支持作用外,现知系膜细胞尚有下列功能:①参与肾小球基膜的合成及分解代谢。②系膜细胞能收缩和舒张,以此调节肾小球血流量。③吞噬及清除沉积的大分子物质。在病态时系膜细胞常增生并释放多种炎症介质。
