Objective To compare the rate of success,level of blood glucose control and the rate of hypoglycemia between insulin multiple daily injection(MDI)and mixed insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes after short-term intensive therapy of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSⅡ).
目的观察比较2型糖尿病患者经过短期持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSⅡ)强化治疗血糖达标后分别转换为甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素或赖脯胰岛素联合多次皮下注射(MDI)治疗、人胰岛素R与中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素(NPH)联合MDI治疗及预混人胰岛素30R每天2次注射治疗后的血糖达标率、血糖控制情况及低血糖的发生率。
