The early, middle and late knee scoring is evaluated by horizontal comparison through t tests; between different periods of operation t before and afte knee scoring is evaluated by longitudinal comparison hrough F tests,and we assess the efficacy of arthroscopic debridement on OA in olders,we can choose the best timing of operation of OA arthroscopic debridement.

Conclusion For patients with moderate to severe preferred solution should be arthroscopic debridement,there is the affordability of the patients may be at the same time of oral glucosamine sulfate or sodium in the treatment of intraarticular injection of hyaluronic acid.
