Objective To explore clinical effect of treatment of type EvansⅢB、Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fractures with DHS(dynamic hip screw) and TSP(trochanteric stabilization plate).

Treatment of type C3 fractures of the distal femur by condylar buttress plate;

Treatment of comminuted intercondylar fracture with bilateral buttress plate fixation;

Surgical treatment of the complicated fracture of the tibial plateau by internal fixation with supportive plate;

Forty-two cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated with supporting plate.

Conclusion Condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory knee function recovery,which is optimal for supracondylar and intercondylar fractures.
