Starting with the austere reality facing Chinese aging problems, this paper reveals the defects of traditional endowment insurance, and brings forward the opinion of using partial accumulating system to establish multi-level endowment insurance system.
从我国老龄化问题面临的严峻现实入手 ,揭示了传统养老保险制度的缺陷 ,并通过对比两种主要模式 ,提出采取部分积累制 ,建立我国多层次并举的养老保险体系的主张。

Considering the current conditions of China,the paper finds it important adopting the mode "social endowment insurance plus commercial endowment insurance plus self-deposit for the aged" and gradually reducing the dependence on the social insurance and self-deposit for the aged to bring commercial life insurance companies into full play in Chinese endowment insurance system.
从我国的国情出发,采取"社会养老保险+商业养老保险+自我储蓄养老"的模式,并逐步降低对社会保险和自我储蓄养老的依赖,充分发挥商业寿险公司在我国未来养老保险体系中的作用,应该是我国社会保障体制改革的突破口。
