Study on Scientific and Technological Proceedings Open Guarantee System;

This paper analyzes the characteristics, existing management methods and major related retrieval systems and access methods of scientific and technological proceedings domestically and abroad, and proposes some improving measures for scientific and technological proceedings management and services.

In this paper,it introduces the network conference literature databases and reported the conference literature databases,the author compares several conference literature and proposes some skills and new paths in the retrieval and application of the conference literature.
