工业品生产者价格指数
工业品生产者价格指数亦称工业品出厂价格指数。反映全部工业产品出厂价格水平的变动趋势和变动程度的重要指标。其计算公式为:王kw乏W上式中，k为代表产品的个体价格指数;W为权数。 编制指数的具体步骤是:①选择代表产品，计算每种产品的平均价格。②计算这些产品的个体价格指数。③确定权数，一般用工业产品销售额作为权数。④将代表产品的个体价格指数和相应的权数，用加权算术平均公式进行计算，求得工业品出厂价格指数。西方很多国家按月、年编制工业品生产者价格指数，即编制总指数，又按主要行业和其他类别编制类指数。 日本的工业品生产者价格指数，是由日本银行统计局编制的。选择的代表产品的范围为，在国内生产并在国内销售的工业品，不包括非工业品，也不包括出口商品和进口商品。调查的价格，原则上为生产者的销售合同上的价格。除了编制总的价格指数以外，还编制18种基本类别的分类价格指数和按大企业和中小企业分类的价格指数。
