To solve this problem,this paper presents a new method that a few ground-based radio emitters should work randomly to offer the benchmark,and the constellation satellites should estimate their position and velocity for the whole network,based on the fusion of crosslink pseudo-range measurements and ground-based measurements.
针对这个问题,提出利用少量地面发射源随机工作的方式提供地面基准,将星间测距和地面发射源信息融合起来进行星座整网定轨,进一步提高定轨精度。
