目的: 观察子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带,弄清子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带及相邻结构的解剖形态,测量行经阴道后路悬吊术时套管针穿刺路径与周围主要骨骼、血管、神经之间的距离。

spinous process
是椎板上的一个突起，为韧带附着处，从颈椎到第4胸椎棘突与椎体的横截面呈水平方向，穿刺时可垂直进针。从第4胸椎到第12胸椎，棘突呈叠瓦状排列，棘突与椎体成锐角，穿刺针的针干要向尾椎方向倾斜45°～60°，方能进入黄韧带。
