【性状】
本品为白色或类白色混悬颗粒；气芳香，味甜。
【鉴别】
取本品适量，加甲醇制成每1ml中含阿奇霉素30mg的溶液，滤过，取续滤液作为供试品溶 液； 另精密称取阿奇霉素标准品适量，加甲醇制成每1ml中含阿奇霉素30mg的标准品溶液。取上述两种溶液 及 两种溶液的等体积混合溶液，照阿奇霉素项下的鉴别(1)项试验，混合溶液所显主斑点应为单一斑点， 供试品 溶液所显主斑点的颜色与位置应与混合溶液主斑点相同。
【检查】
水分 取本品适量，照水分测定法(附录Ⅷ M 第一法 A)测定，含水分不得过2.0％。 碱度 取本品适量，加甲醇(每10mg阿奇霉素加甲醇2.5ml)使溶解，加水制成每1ml中含阿奇霉素 2mg的溶液，摇匀，10分钟后依法测定(附录Ⅵ H)，pH值应为9.0～11.0。 其他 应符合口服混悬剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ O)。
【含量测定】
取装量差异项下的内容物，混匀，精密称取适量(约相当于阿奇霉素0.25g)，加乙醇 适量 (每2mg约加乙醇1ml)使阿奇霉素溶解，再加灭菌水制成每1ml中约含1000单位的溶液，照阿奇霉素项 下 的方法测定。
