羊水细胞培养
羊水细胞中含有不同类型的组织细胞，其中主要有胎儿肾细胞与胎儿上皮细胞。通过羊水细胞培养可获得活细胞，用于胎儿染色体疾病和先天性代谢性疾病的产前诊断。妊娠中期，一般孕16～20周，这一阶段子宫已超出盆腔易穿刺取得羊水而且羊水中活细胞比例高，是羊膜腔穿刺行羊水细胞培养的最佳时期。羊水抽取后置无菌离心瓶，离心后取细胞悬液置无菌培养瓶中。根据细胞生长情况，决定收获时间。羊水活细胞以细胞群落自然生长，细胞呈上皮样或成纤维细胞样。羊水细胞培养染色体制备常用方法有培养瓶法和盖玻片法，前者在细胞收获之前一般需要培养12天左右，而后者却只需1周左右即可收获细胞。
