Aimed at the problem of oil tube corrosion in oil and gas exploitation in environment with high content of H2S and CO2, the influences of CO2, pH, Cl - on corrosion behavior of nickel-based alloy G3 were studied by potentiodynamic scanning, scanning electron microscope(SEM).

性质:利用快速凝固技术制备的镍基合金。可以分成快凝镍基非晶合金和快凝镍基微晶合金两大类。快凝镍基非晶合金Ni-B,Ni-P,Ni-Si,Ni-Cr-B等是用熔液旋淬法制备的连续金属玻璃条带,厚度为30~40μm,可用于将不锈钢和镍基高温合金焊在一起的钎焊料。快凝镍基微晶合金主要用雾化法制备,其优点是组织细化和成分均匀,性能大幅度提高。如AF-115涡轮盘用快凝镍基合金的使用温度高于目前常用的Rene 95约100℃以上。急冷Ni-17%Al-9%~11%Mo合金的抗蠕变性能和抗氧化性能均比Mar-M200合金高85℃,是性能较好的镍基合金口十片材料,用于多层复合式涡轮机。
