   除去盐类并部分除去硅酸和二氧化碳等的纯水。又称深度脱盐水。其中剩余的含盐量约为1毫克/升。将天然水或一次蒸馏水用离子交换法提纯,即可得到去离子水。使用氢型强酸性阳离子交换树脂 (R—SO3H,R为母体) ,其中的H+与Ca2+、Mg2+等金属离子发生交换反应,而将钙、镁离子除去:
   2R—2SO3H+Ca2+!!!Q0754_1(R—SO3)2Ca+2H+使用氢氧型强碱性阴离子交换树脂(R′—NOH,R′为母体),其中的OH-与水中的硅酸根、碳酸根等阴离子发生交换反应,而将它们除去:
   2R′—2NOH+!!!Q0754_2!!!Q0754_3(R′—N)2CO3+2OH-长期使用而失效的阴、阳离子交换树脂可用氢氧化钠和盐酸再生后,重复使用。
