Exemplified by Weishui anticline in Liupanshui and Longwangdong anticline in Huaying this paper deals with the general law about the occurrence and migration of karst groundwater in compact anticlines, southwest China in order to provide a use for reference for underground crossing engineering and geological basis for water resource exploitation.

Tectonic evolution and oil and gas accumulation analysis of Dongwan anticline in west of south margin of Junggar Basin, China;

The drain character and hydraulic linking are studied by analyzing the property of water-bearing and water-resisting,groundwater flowing and hydrochemistry character in Libi Gorge anticline.

Dongwan anticline is located in the southern margin of Junggar basin with better source, reservoir and cap rocks.
