龙庆峡旅游区位于北京延庆古城村北。有塞外漓江，小三峡美誉的龙庆峡长约7公里，古称“古城九曲”，融南国秀水北国群山于一体，乘船顺水而行，大自然挥洒天地之间的浓墨重彩徐徐向您展开：碧水青天之间凝聚自然景观无限，随形而喻的镇山如来，凤冠岛，月亮湾，鹊桥石，人文古迹更有神仙院的清灯古佛，金刚寺的晨钟暮鼓，最好看的恐怕还是龙庆峡的冰灯，从1987年开始每年的1-2月都要举办冰灯艺术节，这里可是世界上纬度最低的大型室外露天冰灯。您可能不知道延庆有夏都的别称，这里夏季的平均气温比北京市区低6.4℃，自古就成为一处绝佳避暑胜地；到了冬季，气候寒冷，结冰期长，所以冰灯之花才可在此长开不败。您可以乘坐腾龙电梯上大坝观光。腾龙电梯被誉为亚洲第一梯，共六节，全长258米，一条五彩巨龙腾空苍翠青山之上，龙尾蜿蜒起伏消失远山之间。另外还有蹦极滑道等惊险项目，游山玩水的同时体验夏都的活力时尚。
