This paper discusses the GIG performance assessment framework that was developed by the office of the secretary of defense for networks & information integration to evaluate E2E application and service performance across the GIG.

During the system of sytem ability evaluation of naval armament,the way of expert discussion and then computer reasoning to obtain ability value is better than that by traditional method,such as the theory of probability,statistics ect.
