精神分裂症一级症状
the first rank symptom of schizophrenia
精神分裂症一级症状(the first ra”Ksymptom of sehizophrenia)包括思维鸣响、第三人称幻听、评论性幻听、躯体幻觉、思维剥夺、思想插入、妄想知觉、被动体验和被控制感。由施尼德尔(Schneider，1959)提出。他认为这些一级症状在精神分裂症的病态体验中占有重要地位，很少见于其他疾病，对确定精神分裂症的诊断有特殊价值。当肯定无疑存在任何一种-级症状同时不存在明显的躯体疾病时，就可以诊断为精神分裂症。但精神分裂症病人并不一定都具有一级症状，这类症状也可见于躁狂抑郁症等其他精神病。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
