上消 上消 病名。又称膈消、消心。《素问病机气宜保命集·消渴论》：“上消者上焦受病，又谓之鬲消病也。多饮水而少食，大便如常，或小便清利，知其燥在上焦也。”以大渴引饮为主症，或见小便甜。多因心肺火炽所致。治以清心肺为主，兼清其胃。方用消渴方、麦门冬饮子、二冬汤、人虎白虎汤、止消润燥汤等。亦可因命火上浮致病，治以八味肾气丸，引火归元。水火既济，气上熏蒸，则肺受湿润之气而渴疾愈。
