深刺 深刺 针刺时，针体进入组织较深的程度。《灵枢·终始》：“脉实者，深刺之。”又：“痛而以手按之不得者，阴也，深刺之。”一般在肌肉丰厚处的穴位，或病变部位较深，属于寒、实证候，或体质较为强壮及感应迟钝者可施行深刺。凡肌肉浅薄处的穴位，如需深刺者，可采用斜刺或横刺的方法。但深刺时必须适度而止，以免发生意外。
