Pseudo-static tests of the combined steel lead damper (CSLD) were carried out for the study of mechanical properties of CSLD, using electro-hydraulic servo press-shear machine.
利用电液伺服压剪试验机对钢铅组合耗能器(CSLD)进行拟静力试验,研究其力学性能;利用一个1∶4缩尺单层钢框架结构模型对CSLD进行地震模拟振动台试验,研究其耗能减震效果;试验结果表明:结构的层间位移和加速度反应明显减小,CSLD的滞回曲线饱满,确实能够很好地控制结构的地震反应。

In order to study mechanical properties of a new-style combined steel lead damper(NCSLD) and improve its energy dissipation capacity,an electro-hydraulic servo press-shear machine was employed to conduct the performance tests of NCSLD.
为了考察新型钢铅组合耗能器(NCSLD)的力学性能和提高其耗能能力,利用电液伺服压剪试验机对NCSLD耗能器进行力学性能试验,采用ANSYS实体建模的方法对耗能器进行大量的数值分析,并对性能试验和数值分析的结果进行对比,研究耗能器的滞回特征参数与其6个几何参数之间的关系,回归出二者之间的公式。

Based on analyzing the advantages and shortcomings, especially the membrane effects, of X steel plate yielding energy dissipator (XSEDOR), and combined with the mechanism characteristics of Pall frictional energy dissipator, a composite steel plate yielding energy dissipator (CSEDOR) has been developed.
本文在充分利用钢板屈服耗能器性质稳定、耐久性好等优点的基础上，针对 X形钢板屈服耗能器中存在的薄膜效应，结合 Pall摩擦耗能器独特的构造特点，提出了工程可用的组合钢板屈服耗能器，并进行了这种耗能器的滞回特性试验和疲劳性能试验。
