Through the investigation on the Web-references of the papers published in four kinds of core periodicals on library science,this paper makes statistical analysis on the citation of Web references in the periodicals on library science,the percentage of the Web references in total references,the distribution and accessibility of the websites,and discusses the results.

补充资料：《参考消息》
| 《参考消息》 中国政治时事性参考报纸。新华通讯社主办。刊载各国通讯社的报道和中国台湾、港澳地区报刊的消息、文章和评论。1931年11月创刊于江西瑞金，由红色中华社编印出版。早期曾用《无线电材料》、《每日电讯》的名称。1937年1月红色中华社改名新华社后，继续出版。1938年底改名《今日新闻》。1940年3月10日改油印为铅印，内容除刊登中外通讯社的电讯外，还刊载新华社发的电讯新闻。1941年3月31日停刊。1942年12月1日改名《参考消息》恢复出版，由新华社、《解放日报》社合编，直至1947年3月撤出延安止。解放战争时期，新华社转战陕北和太行、平山等地，仍坚持编印《参考消息》，为中央领导机关提供重要参考材料。1947年4月9日在陕西省横山县青阳岔出版《参考消息》油印版。同年12月28日改为铅印，至1948年3月20日停刊。同年8月在河北省平山县西柏坡复刊。1949年3月随新华社总社迁至北平（今北京）出版。中华人民共和国建立后，《参考消息》选材范围扩大，除抄收台湾中央通讯社和世界各大通讯社的电讯外，还选登外国和台湾、港澳地区报刊的材料。1957年3月1日起，《参考消息》日出4开1张 。1958年和1971年，中共中央两次决定扩大《 参考消息 》发行范围，1985年1月1日起，《参考消息》由内部发行改为限国内发行。《参考消息》除发行汉文版外，还用维吾尔、蒙古、哈萨克、朝鲜4种少数民族文字出版。
