胞浆受体
性激素的生理作用必须通过与靶细胞内特异受体结合，激活基因表达，才能实现。受体的浓度及其与靶细胞结合的亲和力反映了靶细胞对激素反应的敏感性，早年采用靶组织匀浆与同位素标记的激素相结合的生化方法测定激素受体，结果显示胞浆部分有可溶性未占位受体，称为胞浆受体。1984年后的研究，观察到全部雌激素受体皆集中于核质体部分，以前生化法新测的Rc是组织匀浆过程中一些与核疏松结合的受体被解离下来的，其实也属于核受体的一部分，而胞核受体(Rn)则是与核紧密结合的受体。
