The author has studied experimentally the scuffing resistant of sliding friction pairs by using T302 as additives in lubricating oils, and the experiment results show that this kind of additives can improve the oil lubricating and scuffing resistant.
通过对T302添加剂的润滑性能及抗胶合性能试验研究,发现T302添加剂能显著改善滑动摩擦副的抗胶合性能及润滑油的润滑性能,通过分析磨斑表面X射线衍射图谱(XPS),发现该种添加剂作用下,摩擦副表面形成了聚合物膜,使得摩擦力减小了,随着载荷的增大,添加剂在摩擦热产生高温作用下,部分原子如C、S同表面金属发生化学反应,生成了FeSO4,FeS等物质。

相互接触的物体间发生相对滑动时，在接触面上发生的阻碍相对滑动的现象。滑动摩擦力的大小f跟接触面间的正压力n成正比。f=μn，式中比例系数μ叫做滑动摩擦系数，其值与接触面的材料、粗糙程度、干湿情况以及相对运动的速度等因素有关。
