The effect of shear stress,shear rate,the yield value,ink pigment,surfactants and temperature on ink viscosity was studied based on analysis of the rheological behavior of flexographic water-based ink in the process of transmission.

By contratest among water-based UV-curable flexo ink,water-based ink,and offset ink,the color performance of water-based UV-curable flexo ink was discussed.
试验结果表明水性光固化柔性版油墨具有良好的色彩性能,它具有较高的光泽度、较小的色相误差、较高的色效率,并且与PAN- TONE标准色标匹配良好,综合色彩性能优于胶印油墨和水性油墨。
