方法:分别以不同浓度梯度人体骨-髌腱-骨和半月板移植物浸提液培养NIH3T3细胞,光镜下观察细胞形态,MTT法检测受试物中存活细胞百分比,其结果与DMEM培养液(阴性对照组)及苯酚(阳性对照组)中存活细胞百分比进行比较。

是指在上肢尺神经和正中神经同时断裂时，牺牲尺神经去修复正中神经缺损的一种方法。手术分两期进行：第1期先将尺神经和正中神经的近侧两端互相对合缝合，同时在腋窝处切断尺神经，5～6周后再行第2期手术游离尺神经，翻转过来接在正中神经的缺损区上。此法是Strange(1947年)提出的。
