冷胶活化法  现代家具工艺技术之一。是一种聚腊酸乙烯封边的方法。在封边条入机床前,用热空气和高频加热活化,使水分排出,树脂部分加强。然后,只要很短的加压时间就能象接触胶那样粘住。用此法封边时,基材加工和封边后侧边加工都比热熔胶封边时精度高。其胶缝不明显,几乎看不见。因此便于工件铣削和研磨。另外,在成型封边时,边部呈弧形,与平面间没有清晰的界线,形成一条余缝,因此可以不用整块的木材作镶边条。其优点有:1、费用节约;2、转角部位不用垫入木块;3、在酸腐蚀或老化时不变色。
