Based on geometrical structure of retroreflector and vector form of reflection-refraction law,mathematical models with phase distribution of returned beam,and far-field diffraction pattern(FFDP) are built up for retroreflector with dihedral angle error and flatness error.
基于角反射器的几何结构模型,采用矢量形式的折反射定律,建立了在不同光束入射条件下,具有二面角和面形误差的角反射器的出射光场的相位分布和远场衍射模式的数学模型。

Based on the vector diffraction theory, the vector description of the far field diffraction at a plane aperture is derived, the comparison between the vector theory and the scalar theory is made, and the error and applicability of scalar diffraction theory is presented.

The far-field diffraction pattern influenced by the error of mosaic compression gratings and diffraction wave aberration are theoretically calculated.
通过引入位移偏差、面内角度偏差和波像差等物理量,借助远场衍射光强分布函数和Matlab程序对两对无像差的拼接子光栅的远场进行了模拟计算,得出了远场衍射光斑随拼接误差的变化规律和拼接精度。
