【处方】
附子 (制) 300g 干姜 200g 炙甘草 300g
【制法】
以上三味，附子、甘草加水煎煮二次，第一次 2小时，第二次 1.5小时 ，合并煎液，滤过。干姜用水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油，另器保存，姜渣再加水煎煮 1小时 ，煎液与蒸馏分离挥发油的溶液合并，滤过，再与附子、甘草的煎液合并，浓缩至约 400ml ，放冷，加乙醇1200ml，搅匀，静置24小时，滤过，减压浓缩成稠膏状，加水适 量稀释，冷藏 24 小时，滤过，加单糖浆 300ml、防腐剂适量与上述挥发油，加水至 1000ml，搅匀，灌封，灭菌，即得。
【性状】
本品为棕黄色的液体；气香，味甜、辛。

应符合合剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ J）。
【功能与主治】
温中祛寒，回阳救逆。用于阳虚欲脱，冷汗自出，四肢厥逆，下 利清谷，脉微欲绝。
