计算机中采用的一种数的表示方法。参与运算的数的小数点位置固定不变。当表示一个数时，左边第一位为符号位，“0”表示正，“1”表示负。小数点位置一般固定在符号位之后，即将数限制在-1和+1之间。这样，参与运算的数必须乘上一个适当的比例因子，使其绝对值不大于1。
