After obtaining the letter of intent for licensing the technology export, the applicant may begin substantive negotiation, and conclude a contract for the technology export.
申请人取得技术出口许可意向书后，方可对外进行实质性谈判，签订技术出口合同。

Upon the obtaining of the letter of intent on technology import licensing, the import operator may sign the technology import contract with the foreign party.

Licensee shall have the right to send its technical personnel to the relevant factory of Licensor for training.

Licensor guarantees that qualified Contract Products as specified in Appendix 1 can be manufactured by exploiting Know-how at Job Site.
许可方保证合同附件一规定的合格的合同产品能在工作现场采用本专有技术制造出来。

Article20: The applicant shall complete the formalities in respect of foreign exchange, banking, taxation, customs, etc. on the strength of the technology import licence or technology import contract registration certificate.
第二十条申请人凭技术进口许可证或者技术进口合同登记证，办理外汇、行、务、关等相关手续。

Article42. Applicants shall use the technology export license or certificate of registration of the technology import contract to go through the foreign exchange, banking, taxation and customs formalities.
第四十二条申请人凭技术出口许可证或者技术出口合同登记证办理外汇、行、务、关等相关手续。

"Technical Training refers to the technical training rendered by Licensor to Licensee relating to exploitation of Know-how under Contract, the contents of which are specified in Appendix 4."
技术培训是指许可方向被许可方提供的与合同项下的专有技术开发有关的技术培训,详见附件四。
18.
Licensor shall be obliged to render Technical Training in accordance with Contract and make its best effort to enable Licensee's technical personnel to master Know-how.
许可方有义务按照合同规定提供技术培训并尽自己最大努力使被许可方的技术人员掌握本专有技术。
