体液腐蚀
corrosion in body fluids

t lye fushr体液腐蚀(eorrosion in body fluids)在体液中的金属腐性。体液是人(动物)体内溶解了多种物质的充气水溶液。溶解的物质有:电解质(如KCI和NaCI等),在体液中离解成正和负离子(如Na+、K+和Cl一);也有非电解质(如葡萄糖、尿素和肌酸醉等)。在人体不同部位有不同体液‘如血液、唾液、淋巴液、关节润滑液等),甚至同一部分的不同时刻,体液成分也不尽相同。所以材料的体液腐蚀研究往往采用等效人体环境,常用某些生理盐水作为等效体液。常用的等效体液有:(l)林格(Ringer)溶液;(2)汉克(Hank)溶液和(3)特劳德(Tyrode)溶液。 人体植入材料(如人工关节、心脏瓣膜)和医疗器械(如血液透析机)的迅速发展和更新,材料将会接触到多种体液、软组织和骨骼等,因此研究和检测材料在体液中的腐蚀行为,不仅要检测其化学稳定性、各种形式的腐蚀和磨损情况以及材料力学性能变化等,还要探索生物组织的适应性,包括无变态反应、无炎症反应、无毒性和无致癌性等。 人体植入材料使用广泛和比较成熟的有不锈钢(典型成分为Fe一lsCr一12Ni一ZMo)、工业纯钦和钦合金(典型合金有Ti一6AI一4V)、钻铬铂合金(典型成分为c。一30cr一6Mo)。钻铬钥合金的耐蚀性优于不锈钢,耐磨性优于钦。正在临床试用的还有多孔金属和陶瓷人工羊节,俺骨组织渗入到多孔材料中达到生理结合效果。有时也使用价格昂贵的钮、妮、金、银和铂等稀贵金属。
