性质:胶料以较高温度在混炼之初加热一段时间,以利于配合剂的分散,或者有益于提高硫化胶的物理性能,这种操作谓之橡胶热处理。例如,丁基橡胶有冷流性,内聚力低,不易包辊,可先行加入热处理剂(如对二亚硝基苯1~1.5份),再在直接蒸汽或热空气中(150℃左右)加热2~4h。或是在密炼机中投入生胶后即加热处理剂,胶温升至120~200℃进行热处理。又例如乙丙橡胶经热处理可提高硫化胶的物理性能,硅橡胶及氟橡胶的第二段硫化是在热烘箱中以200℃左右的高温空气中加热6~24h,也是一种热处理工艺。
