性质:硫酸生产中由硫铁矿石焙烧提取硫黄后从焙烧炉排出的残渣。通常生产h硫酸将排出0.7~1t烧渣,目前我国硫铁矿烧渣年排放量达6Mt,是一种主要的化工固体废物。由于我国目前采用低品位硫铁矿制硫酸,其烧渣一般含铁40%~50%、二氧化硅16%~20%,其质量不符合冶金炼铁的要求,因此只能用作水泥配料。解决烧渣问题的根本途径是采用精料政策,用高品位硫铁矿制硫酸,这样烧渣可直接用于炼铁。目前,我国硫铁矿烧渣除主要用作水泥配料和制矿渣砖外,还研究开发了氰化法提取烧渣中金、银、铁技术,以及引进了日本高温氯化法焙烧处理工艺从烧渣中回收有色金属。
