性质:把制成的永磁材料粉末与树脂、塑料或低熔点合金等黏结剂均匀混合,再进行压制、挤出或注射成型,这种工艺制造的复合永磁材料称为黏结磁体。其特点:工艺简单,成本低,加工性能好,可以制做形状复杂磁体,但磁性能低。可以制做步进电机、无铁芯电机、小型发电机、定时器转子等。
