补充资料:高耐磨的碳化钨注渗钢基合金在塑料机械中的应用
碳化钨注渗钢基合金(下简称WCSA)技术,又名碳化钨——钢梯度耐磨材料制造技术。该技术已获得国家发明专利,具有自主知识产权。WCSA是采用高能离子注渗技术,在钢铁零部件表层内注渗进高耐磨的碳化钨(下简称WC),WC注渗层深度1.2-1.5mm,其中WC含量较多的富集层达到0.3-0.5mm。零部件表层获得WC“盔甲”后,硬度高,强韧性好,抗磨性能更好。WCSA应用于各种塑料机械中,使用寿命比目前塑料机械中常用的离子氮化层、堆焊或喷涂耐磨层、高合金工具钢、高速钢和不锈钢等材料制造成的零部件的使用寿命提高3-8倍,深受塑料机械制造商和塑料制品生产商的青睐。
