补充资料:二次重熔
      一种精炼金属的方法。特点是:①用金属作原料,制成电极,借助某种热源重熔,在重熔过程中去除有害杂质和补加微量元素,金属基本成分不变;②于水冷结晶器内熔化金属,使凝固成成分均匀的金属锭,改善其结晶组织;③液态金属不与耐火材料接触,不受耐火材料沾染。二次重熔是获得高级优质材料的有效方法。
  
  二次重熔按熔炼热源可分为四类:①电渣重熔(ESR);②真空电弧重熔(VAR)(见真空冶金);③真空电子束重熔(EBR);④等离子弧重熔(PAR)(见等离子冶金)。各种方法的特征及比较见表。
