fuhe iiya复合挤压(eompound extrusion)冷挤压时金属沿挤压杆和挤压筒之间的空间以及挤压模孔两个相反方向同时流动的挤压方法。典型的杯杆型复合 ;瑜章 己 }p!。,尸 be,尸 d 杯杆型制品复合挤压示意图 1一挤压杆;2一挤压模;3一锭坯挤压如图所示。在挤压过程的第一阶段(a),锭坯墩粗并充满挤压筒内腔;在第二阶段(b),变形金属同时流入挤压杆与挤压模之间的环形间隙及挤压模出口处,开始双向流动,挤压力尸达到最大值;在第三阶段(‘),金属沿上(B,)、下(BZ)两个方向均衡自由地流动,压力变化平稳;到第四阶段(d),挤压后期留压余(见挤压残抖)(S1),对杯一杆型制品取S,妻S。及S:>1/Zd;对杯一杯型制品取51)2S。。该法可用于挤压断面为圆形、方形、六角形、齿形及花瓣形制品,也可挤压等断面的不对称制品。
