背恶寒   病证名。背部感觉寒冷。出《伤寒论·辨少阴病脉证并治》。《张氏医通》卷三:“背为阳位,背上恶寒,阳受病而阴邪亢逆也。”其病有七。一暴中阴寒,四肢厥冷而背恶寒,脉沉细,以附子汤温散之;二素禀阳衰,背上常微畏寒,脉微弱,以八味丸温补之;三热邪内伏,烦渴引饮而背恶寒,脉沉滑,或伏匿,以白虎汤解散之;四中暑暍热,亦多有背恶寒,以人参白虎汤、清暑益气汤按证清解之;五湿痰内郁,肢体疼重,痞闷头汗,身体肥盛,脉或缓滑,或涩滞,滑则指迷茯苓丸加胆星,涩则苓桂术甘汤加半夏、广皮分解之;六瘀血内滞,头汗目黄,小便清利,大便溏黑,小腹偏左,或胁中脘有疼处,脉关尺弦紧,或带芤状,以桃仁承气汤、犀角地黄汤、随上下虚实清理之;七无故脉数,背恶寒,疼重寒热者,为发痈疽之兆。
