性质: 又称蒸发(evaporation)。提胶得到的淡胶液(含胶量约5%~7%)蒸发成为浓胶液(含胶量约25%~45%)的过程。目的是便于随后凝冻成型并进行干燥。为提高浓缩效率,避免胶液在高温状态下发生过多降解,浓缩过程通常在多效蒸发器中于减压条件下用蒸汽加热进行。也可将淡胶液通过超过滤膜部分脱水,进行初步浓缩,然后再进入蒸汽加热蒸发器进一步浓缩,至更高浓度的节省能耗,减少明胶二次降解。
