性质:能使织物在洗涤干燥后有柔软感的药剂。主要有三类,即非表面活性剂、表面活性剂以及表面活性剂与非表面活性剂的混合物。其中一类及三类如硅油、矿物油、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪胺、中性油脂等。因难溶于水,使用时须溶于其他溶剂中。现一般不用。目前采用的主要是表面活性剂类。如柔软剂EST、柔软剂HC,柔软剂MS-20、柔软剂PEN等。
