性质:又名二硫化烷基苯酚。主要成分是2,2'-二硫化双(6-叔丁基对甲酚)。褐色树脂状物质,加热至40℃时成流动液体。溶于汽油、石油醚、氯仿,稍溶于醇类、有机溶剂,不溶于水。可燃。低毒。性能较优良的再生活化剂,适用于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶等的废胶再生。在中性和微酸性介质中效率较高,在碱性介质中活性急剧下降。可与防老剂264(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)联产:以对甲酚和异丁烯为原料生产防老剂264时,结晶过滤后的母液中含有单叔丁基对甲酚;将此母液升温脱水并滴加一氯化硫进行回流反应,回流反应液经真空提纯制得本品。
