The progress of crystallization from amorphous state at different temperatures were researched by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope (SEM).

| 非晶态 amorphous state 固态物质原子的排列所具有的近程有序、长程无序的状态。对晶体，原子在空间按一定规律作周期性排列，是高度有序的结构，这种有序结构原则上不受空间区域的限制，故晶体的有序结构称为长程有序。具有长程有序特点的晶体，宏观上常表现为物理性质（力学的、热学的、电磁学的和光学的）随方向而变，称为各向异性，熔解时有一定的熔解温度并吸收熔解潜热。对液体，其分子在很小的范围内（线度与分子间距同一量级）和很短的时间内能像晶体一样作规则排列，但在较大范围内则是无序的，这称为近程有序。 非晶态固体与液态一样具有近程有序而远程无序的结构特征。非晶态固体宏观上表现为各向同性，熔解时无明显的熔点，只是随温度的升高而逐渐软化，粘滞性减小，并逐渐过渡到液态。非晶态固体又称玻璃态，可看成是粘滞性很大的过冷液体。晶体的长程有序结构使其内能处于最低状态，而非晶态固体由于长程无序而使其内能并不处于最低状态，故非晶态固体是属于亚稳相，向晶态转化时会放出能量。常见的非晶态固体有高分子聚合物、氧化物玻璃、非晶态金属和非晶态半导体等。 |
