1、遵守造型机和制芯机通用操作规程。
2、工作前，就检查大小油缸的油量，如油量不够，应及时加油。
3、在生产过程中，要定期清除地其枕木周围的芯砂，以免砂子埋住排气孔，造成砂子进入气缸内。
4、在生产过程中，要定期铲除震击工作台与翻转工作台接触面的积砂硬块。
5、翻转前，必须把砂箱锁牢；翻转时靠近设备正前方不得站人，以免发生人身事故。
6、在生产过程中，若芯子经常在脱模时被损坏，则应检查翻转工作台是否水平、接芯机构是否可靠，如不水平或不可靠，应通知维修人员修理。
