性质:在高温下仍能保持良好物理机械性能和耐蚀性的不饱和聚酯,分酸酐类和环氧型乙烯基酯类两种类型。浅黄至黄色或棕黄色透明液体,酸酐类不饱和聚酯树脂适于热固化低压成型,其玻璃钢产品在260℃仍保持良好的强度和高频介电性能。两者均具有很好的耐热性、耐蚀性、力学及介电性能。前者由二元醇、饱和二元酸酐和不饱和二元醇酐缩聚而成,采用三聚氰酸三烯丙酯或苯乙烯交联剂。后者由酚醛环氧树脂(F型环氧树脂)与甲基丙烯酸反应,以苯乙烯作稀释剂,按通用不饱和聚酯进行固化。主要用于制作耐热玻璃钢和耐高温浇铸料、泡沫塑料、耐蚀玻璃钢、涂料和胶黏剂。适于制造耐高温与高频电绝缘玻璃钢制品,尤其适于制造高速喷气飞机的雷达罩。
