[原料/调料]

鲜猪俐250克、枸札150克、红枣15克、生姜10克、茶树菇50克,清水500克、花雕酒20克、味精10克、胡椒粉少许、鸡精粉5克。

[制作流程]

1.猪俐刮洗干净切厚片,生姜切片,茶树菇切段洗净。

2.瓦煲注入清水,加入猪俐、茶树菇、生姜、红枣、杞子、花雕酒,用小火煲30分钟。

3.再调入盐、味精、鸡精粉、胡椒粉,同煲20分钟即成。
