用料:油菜(青菜)500克,香菇10朵,高汤半碗,水淀粉、盐、糖、味精各适量。

制法:1.青菜洗净切段,香菇浸软去蒂一切为二。2.炒锅入油先放入香菇炒香,再放入青菜、盐、糖、味精,加入高汤加盖焖2分钟,淋水淀粉勾芡装盘。

功效:降脂,抗衰,补血,通便。
