性质:又名放线酰胺素。氨肽酶M抑制剂,其产生菌为MG848-hF6。旋光度-50°(c=2.0,乙醇)。溶于水、甲醇、乙醇,不溶于氯仿、苯等。对氯化铁和Rydon-Smith呈阳性反应,对茚三酮呈阴性反应。紫外光谱呈末端吸收。它能抑制氨肽酶M和亮氨酸肽酶,与底物成竞争抑制,K和Km值分别为1.7×10-7mol/L和8.0×10-5mol/L,小鼠腹膜给药0.01~1mg/鼠,能增强迟缓型过敏反应和增加抗体形成细胞数。毒性低、鼠腹膜内注射250mg/kg不致死。
