性质:电镀前处理过程之一。将制件浸入适当浓度的酸或碱溶液中,以清除其表面上的锈层和氧化物。浸蚀后再经中和、水洗等工序,然后进行电镀。可使制件的表面洁净,能与镀层牢固结合。例如钢铁制件在镀锌前,常用硫酸或盐酸溶液清除锈层。铜制件在镀镍、镀铬前,用硝酸和硫酸溶液清除氧化物。铝制件在阳极氧化处理前,用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠溶液清除氧化物。
