刨花模压成型家具 大连家具研究所研制成的刨花模压成型家具。其以刨花为主料，采用刨花模压和表面贴面同时进行的一次成型工艺，制成不同单箱体。各单箱体又可按搭积木方法，拼装成各种款式的家具。其原料成分配比为：脲醛胶：13%；防水剂（20%）：0.4%；固化剂（20%）：0.4%；尿素（20%）：0.4%；刨花：85.8%。在脲醛树脂胶中，树脂含量58±2%，甲醛2.5%。
